Marais  Nature  Reserve

The Marais Nature Reserve is a small area situated just next to the main road between the towns of La Salle and Morgex but despite its close proximity to modernity it's a veritable oasis of wildlife.
​
There are various paths where you can explore the reserve and viewing areas where birdwatchers are able to observe the fascinating species of migratory birds, large and small that come and make this their temporary home.
This is a very simple place to visit by car, there's a small car park at the side of the road from where you can reach the reserve on foot in a couple of minutes.
