Among the parks of Marche there's a wide variety of landscapes to enjoy while discovering the region's vast open spaces.
Straddling two regions, the Monti Sibillini National Park has one foot in Umbria to the west and combined with its eastern side in Marche, covers a total area of almost 700 km². Reaching a height of 2,476 metres above sea level, it's characterised by dramatic swathes of rolling hills and mountain passes. By way of contrast, the Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi Park is much smaller but offers something different with its riverside creek. |
