Trains from Fossombrone reach Fano in about 25 minutes and Pesaro in roughly 40 minutes. Local buses and taxis connect Fossombrone with Sant’Angelo in Vado and nearby towns in the Metauro Valley.

By Road: Sant’Angelo in Vado is located in the province of Pesaro e Urbino, Marche, close to the Umbrian border. From Pesaro, the drive is around 70 kilometres and takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes via the SS73bis. From Urbino, it is approximately 40 kilometres and takes roughly 45 minutes by car. Parking is available near the historic centre and around the main access roads.
