Scenic  Towns  of  Marche

While exploring the most scenic towns of Marche it's almost always the case that we go back in time to find beautiful Renaissance piazzas or medieval villages. 

The Marche region is characterised by its rolling fields and coastline that faces out on to the Adriatic Sea, while in-between these landscapes are fascinating towns such as Fossombrone which spans the River Metauro or historic Iesi which was the unintended birthplace of Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II. The list of beautiful towns continues with the likes of Osimo, Fabriano, Urbania and Tolentino, each one as beguiling as the next.
