The seaside town of Terracina is situated in the Province of Latina, 131 kilometres south-east of Rome.  

It has a population of 45,800 inhabitants with the main highlights being the Cathedral, old town and beach. Recommended accommodation in Terracina is the Hotel Poseidon while places of interest close by include Sperlonga, Gaeta and Formia.
