The seaside town of Martinsicuro is situated on the Adriatic Coast in the Province of Teramo.

It has a population of 14,494 inhabitants and is located around 45 kilometres north east of Teramo, the provincial capital. The town has 12 hotels while nearby places of interest include Villa Rosa, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto Lido and Giulianova.
