By Rail: The nearest train station to Monte Grimano Terme is in Pesaro, approximately 45 kilometres away. The station lies on the Adriatic line between Bologna and Lecce, operated by Trenitalia, with frequent regional and intercity services. Trains from Pesaro reach Rimini in about 35 minutes and Ancona in roughly 1 hour. Buses and taxis provide onward connections from Pesaro to the inland towns of the Montefeltro area, including Monte Grimano Terme.

By Road: Monte Grimano Terme is located in the province of Pesaro e Urbino, Marche, close to the border with San Marino. From Pesaro, the drive is around 45 kilometres and takes about 1 hour via the SS16 and SP2. From Urbino, it is approximately 30 kilometres and takes roughly 40 minutes by car. Parking is available near the town centre and along the main access roads.
