By Rail: Montepaone Lido has its own train station on the Jonica line, operated by Trenitalia. Regional services connect the town with Catanzaro Lido, Soverato, and other destinations along the Ionian coast. The station is located within walking distance of the seafront and town centre.

By Road: The town lies just off the SS106 coastal highway, providing easy access by car. It is around 40 minutes (35 kilometres) from Catanzaro and about 1 hour 10 minutes (65 kilometres) from Lamezia Terme. Free and paid parking areas are available near the beach and main streets.
