Natural  Sights  of  Sardinia

Among the most interesting natural sights of Sardinia we find a collection that includes mountains, caves, forests and plains. 

​The most famous sight on this list is Neptune's Grotto with its stalactites which is situated just a short boat ride from the seaside town of Alghero in north western Sardinia. 

The island region's hinterland provides a number of places where you can take in more natural sights with Monte Arcosu just outside Cagliari and Monte Limbara in the north with curious rock formations and stunning panoramic views from its summit.
