Orange Flag Towns of Lombardy

The eleven Orange Flag towns of Lombardy have been awarded Touring Club Italiano's "Bandiera Arancione" (Orange Flag) which recognises their aesthetic and environmental beauty along with meeting certain criteria for tourist facilities.

Among the highlights in this collection are the town of Clusone in the Bergamo Province of Lombardy, and the charming lakeside village of Torno which is on Lake Como.

Gromo is another of the gems in Bergamo Province while Lake Garda is also represented on the list with pretty Gardone Riviera.
