How to Get to Porto Cervo
By Rail: Porto Cervo does not have its own train station. The nearest station is in Olbia, approximately 30 kilometres to the south. Olbia lies on the Cagliari–Golfo Aranci railway line, with Trenitalia regional trains connecting it to other parts of Sardinia. From Olbia, Porto Cervo can be reached by car or bus in about 40 minutes.

By Road: Porto Cervo is located on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda. It is accessible via the SP59 and SP94 roads, with the journey from Olbia taking around 40 minutes. Public parking is available near the marina and central areas.

  • Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport: Situated about 35 kilometres south of Porto Cervo, the drive takes approximately 45 minutes. The airport handles numerous domestic and international flights, especially during the summer season.
  • Alghero-Fertilia Airport: Located roughly 155 kilometres to the west, the journey takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car.
