The beach resort of Torre Melissa is situated on the Ionian Coast, in the Province of Crotone. 

It belongs to the Comune of Melissa and lies 27 kilometres north west of Crotone, the provincial capital. There are four hotels at the resort while places of interest nearby include San Nicola Arcella, Aieta, Scalea and Papasidero.

Torre Melissa is a small town located in the province of Crotone, in the eastern part of Calabria, along the Ionian Sea. It lies between the larger towns of Crotone and Melissa, offering coastal views and easy access to the surrounding countryside. The town is named after the historic tower that overlooks the shoreline, a structure that once played a role in local defence.

The land around Torre Melissa is fertile, with numerous olive groves, vineyards, and orchards contributing to the region’s agricultural heritage.
