By Rail: Marina di Strongoli is served by a small station on the Jonica railway line, operated by Trenitalia. Regional trains connect the area to Crotone in around 30 minutes and to Catanzaro Lido in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. The station is located close to the beach and is within walking distance of the main coastal area.

By Road: Marina di Strongoli lies on the Ionian coast of Calabria, about 25 kilometres north of Crotone. The drive from Crotone takes roughly 30 minutes via the SS106 coastal road. From Sibari, the journey is approximately 90 kilometres and takes about 1 hour and 25 minutes. Parking is available near the seafront and along the main coastal roads.
