Hill  Towns  of  Marche

The hill towns of Marche provide some of the most fascinating locations to explore in the region. Marche is known for its glorious rolling hills and dramatic landscapes, and it's within these very areas that we find a clutch of beautiful towns to explore. 

The town of Loreto seems quite small and perhaps insignificant as you approach it, but when you reach its centre you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not in one of Italy's major cities.

​The beautiful Piazza della Madonna is fringed with beautiful architecture that belies the size of the town. 
There are further surprises in store when visiting some of Marche's other famous hill towns such as the historic Recanati and the likes of Amandola, Castelfidardo and Sassocorvaro among others.
