By Rail: San Donato Val di Comino does not have its own railway station. The nearest station is Sora, around 20 kilometres away, on the Roccasecca–Avezzano line operated by Trenitalia. From Sora, travellers can reach Roccasecca for connections to Rome and Naples. The onward journey from Sora to San Donato Val di Comino can be made by car, taxi, or local bus, taking about 25 minutes.

By Road: The town is located in the province of Frosinone, roughly 140 kilometres southeast of Rome and 50 kilometres east of Frosinone. The drive from Rome takes around 2 hours via the A1 motorway (exit Ferentino) and the SR82 road. From Cassino, the distance is about 45 kilometres, taking roughly 50 minutes by car. Public parking is available close to the historic centre.
