By Rail: Sellia Marina is served by the nearby Simeri Crichi railway station, located around 7 kilometres away. This station lies on the Jonica line operated by Trenitalia, with regional trains connecting to Catanzaro Lido and other towns along the coast. From the station, taxis or local buses provide access to the town and beaches.

By Road: Sellia Marina is situated along the SS106 coastal road, providing direct access from other parts of Calabria. It is approximately 25 minutes (22 kilometres) from Catanzaro and just over 1 hour (60 kilometres) from Lamezia Terme by car. Public parking areas are available near the seafront and town centre.
