Emilia  Romagna's  Borghi  Piu  Belli  d'Italia

The region of Emilia Romagna's Borghi Più Belli d'Italia is a collection of 13 small towns and villages, celebrated as being among the most beautiful in Italy. 

The word Borgo (Borghi plural) roughly translates as village but can also refer to a small area of a larger town. Emilia Romagna can boast a marvellous variety of borghi with each one offering its own unique charm and character. 

Among the most interesting in the region are Brisighella with its medieval streets and Dozza with its colourful murals.
