The Savona Province in Liguria occupies a total geographical area of 1,546 square kilometres, including the provincial capital city of Savona.
Within the province there are 69 provincial towns, known as communes (comune singular or comuni plural in Italian). The total population of Savona Province is around 276,000 inhabitants. |
Among the visitor highlights in the province are the historic towns of Albenga and Finalborgo as well as the seaside towns of Laigueglia, Finale Ligure and Noli.
