Lazio's  Borghi  Piu  Belli  d'Italia

The 23 towns and villages that constitute Lazio's Borghi Più Belli d'Italia are an extraordinary collection waiting to be discovered.

Each borgo (borghi is plural) is unique in its character, offering something just a little different from the last one. Translating as "Italy's Most Beautiful Villages", the association of the same name has now awarded the label to in excess of 300 places in Italy. 

​Highlights in Lazio include the dramatic setting of Cività di Bagnoregio, the pretty seaside town of Sperlonga and the charming Castel di Tora which rises majestically from Lake Turano.
